Do you provide forklift loading for engines?

Yes, we do — and it’s included at no extra charge. At 603 Auto Salvage, safety and convenience are top priorities, especially when it comes to heavy items like engines, transmissions, and rear axles. Our yard is fully equipped with forklifts and certified operators who will safely load your parts onto your truck or trailer.

When you arrive for pickup, simply check in at the front office and let our team know you’re here for a heavy item. We’ll direct you to the designated loading area and bring the part to you securely. We make sure each engine or transmission is properly strapped and stable before lifting it.

For customer safety, we ask that you stay clear of the loading zone while our staff operates the forklift. Once the part is placed in your vehicle, you can secure it using your own straps or we can assist with recommendations for safe transport.

Forklift loading is available during all business hours, Monday through Saturday. Whether you’re picking up one engine or several at once, we’ll make sure the process is quick and safe.
