Our staff will bring the part to the front area or loading zone, where you can examine its condition, verify part numbers, and make sure it matches your expectations.

If you notice any issue or have a question, we’ll address it on the spot. We can also pull up the donor vehicle record, photos, or testing results if you’d like to confirm mileage or grading details.

For mechanical parts like engines or transmissions, we’ll show you any inspection tags, compression test notes, or warranty information before you leave. For body parts, we’ll point out any cosmetic blemishes that were documented at the time of sale.
