Can someone else pick up my part?

Yes, someone else can pick up your part on your behalf, but we do require authorization. If you’re sending a friend, family member, or delivery driver to collect your order, please let us know in advance. You can provide their full name and contact information when placing the order or call us before they arrive.

We’ll note the authorization in our system and verify their identity when they come to pick up the part. This helps us protect both you and your purchase by ensuring that only approved individuals can collect your order.

If the person picking up is a delivery driver or shop employee, we’ll also make sure they receive all necessary paperwork, such as receipts, warranty information, or installation notes. For large items like engines or transmissions, we’ll assist with loading using our forklift or pallet jack.

This policy provides convenience and flexibility while maintaining security. We understand that many of our customers are busy or managing multiple repair projects, so having someone else pick up parts is common.
