7. Orders, Payments, and Sales Terms
A. Payment

E. Cancellation

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Inspection
Delivery Terms
603 Auto Salvage uses trusted freight and parcel carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
Mandatory Inspection Requirements
Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to:
- Inspect all items BEFORE signing for delivery
- Document any visible damage with photos
- Note damage on carrier’s delivery receipt
- Notify us immediately of visible damage or shipping discrepancies
- Check part numbers against your order
IMPORTANT: Failure to report damage within five (5) business days may void eligibility for replacement or refund.
Freight Shipments
For freight deliveries:
- Inspection must occur before driver leaves
- “Subject to inspection” notation may not be sufficient
- Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours
- Keep all packaging until claim is resolved
9. Used Parts Disclaimer and Warranty

10. Core Exchange Program

For parts with core exchanges:
- Core must be rebuildable (not cracked, broken, or seized)

- Core refund issued after inspection

- Fire or flood damaged units

11. Returns and Refunds
