7. Orders, Payments, and Sales Terms

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or customer pickup.

E. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not been pulled from inventory or shipped. A 15% restocking fee applies to cancelled orders after processing begins.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Inspection

Delivery Terms

603 Auto Salvage uses trusted freight and parcel carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

Mandatory Inspection Requirements

Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to:

• Inspect all items BEFORE signing for delivery

• Note damage on carrier’s delivery receipt
• Notify us immediately of visible damage or shipping discrepancies

Freight Shipments

9. Used Parts Disclaimer and Warranty

11. Returns and Refunds
