Section 1: General Return Requirements
1.1 Documentation Requirements
CRITICAL: No returns, exchanges, or warranty claims will be processed without proper documentation.
Required Documents:
- Original paid invoice with invoice number
- Proof of payment (receipt, credit card statement)
- Return Authorization Number (obtained by contacting us)
NOT Acceptable as Proof:
- Work orders or estimates
- Email confirmations without invoice numbers
- Text messages or verbal agreements
- Third-party receipts
- Photos of invoices
1.2 Return Process
- Contact us within the warranty period to obtain Return Authorization
- Receive Return Authorization Number via email
- Package item securely in original packaging if available
- Include copy of invoice inside package
- Ship or deliver to our location within 10 days of authorization
- Inspection will occur within 3 business days of receipt
- Refund/Exchange processed within 5-7 business days after approval
1.3 Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless we shipped the wrong part
- Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage
- Insurance recommended for high-value items
- Damaged returns will be rejected

2.2 Refund Restrictions
- No cash refunds for any transaction
- No third-party refunds – only to original purchaser
- Restocking fee of 20% applies to all approved returns
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Special order items are non-refundable
2.3 Refund Calculations
Refund Amount = (Purchase Price – Restocking Fee) – Original Shipping Cost
Core charges will be refunded separately upon receipt and inspection of core.

3.1 Body Parts, Glass & Non-Mechanical Items
FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Included Items:
- Body panels, doors, hoods, trunks, fenders
- Bumpers, grilles, lights (non-LED/HID)
- Glass (windshields, windows, mirrors)
- Interior trim, seats, dashboards
- Plastics, moldings, weather stripping
Customer Responsibilities:
- Inspect immediately upon delivery/pickup
- Refuse delivery if damaged or incorrect
- Verify fitment before accepting
- Once accepted, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
3.2 Mechanical Parts
Standard Warranty: 30 Days (90 days available for additional fee)
Covered Components:
Engines Include:
- Block, head, pistons
- Crankshaft, camshaft
- Internal components only
Engines EXCLUDE:
- Electrical components, sensors, wiring
- Fuel system, injectors, pumps
- Cooling system components
- Turbo/superchargers (sold AS-IS)
- External accessories
- Gaskets, seals, timing belts
Transmissions Include:
- Case and internal gears
- Valve body (automatics)
- Clutch assembly (manuals)
Transmissions EXCLUDE:
- Electronic controls, solenoids
- External sensors, cables
- Torque converters (must be verified)
- Seals, gaskets, filters
- Cooler lines
Other Mechanical Parts:
- Differentials: 30-day warranty on gears only
- Transfer cases: 30-day warranty on internal components
- AC compressors: No warranty on clutch or electronics
3.3 Electrical & Electronic Parts
Limited 30-Day Warranty
Important Restrictions:
- Must be tested before installation
- Non-returnable once installed (connectors show installation)
- No warranty on programmed components requiring coding
- Customer responsible for compatibility verification
Excluded from Warranty:
- Water-damaged components
- Modified or repaired units
- Airbags and safety systems (AS-IS)
- Hybrid/EV battery packs (AS-IS)
3.4 Tires & Wheels
SOLD AS-IS – NO WARRANTY OR RETURNS
Customer Acknowledges:
- No safety inspection performed
- No tread depth guarantee
- No balance or alignment guarantee
- Age and wear not verified
- Customer assumes ALL risk
- Professional mounting required
Section 4: Core Exchange Program
4.1 Core Requirements
- Return within 7 days of purchase
- Must be same part number or superseded equivalent
- Must be complete and rebuildable
- Must be drained of all fluids
- No fire, flood, or collision damage
4.2 Core Refund Process
- Core received and logged
- Inspection within 3 business days
- Approved cores credited to original payment method
- Rejected cores available for pickup (customer expense)
- Unclaimed cores disposed of after 30 days
4.3 Unacceptable Cores
- Cracked or broken housings
- Missing internal components
- Seized or locked units
- Contaminated with wrong fluids
- Modified or machined parts
Section 5: Warranty Conditions & Exclusions
5.1 What Voids All Warranties
Your warranty is immediately void if:
Improper Installation
- Not following manufacturer procedures
- Using incorrect fluids or parts
- Failure to replace recommended components
Misuse or Abuse
- Racing, off-road, or commercial use
- Overloading or overheating
- Using wrong fuel or fluids
Modifications
- Any alteration to the part
- Performance modifications
- Painted, primed, or welded
Installation Issues
- Installed by non-professional (at our discretion)
- Heat tabs melted or removed
- Evidence of installation damage
Documentation Failure
- Cannot provide original invoice
- Beyond warranty period
- Part used outside United States
Misrepresentation
- Wrong vehicle information provided
- Part used in different application
- Commercial use not disclosed
5.2 Required Pre-Installation Procedures
Failure to perform these voids warranty:
All Parts:
- Verify correct part number and application
- Inspect for shipping damage
- Test before installation when possible
Engines:
- Change oil and filter
- Replace timing belt (interference engines)
- Flush cooling system
- Check/replace spark plugs
- Verify compression
Transmissions:
- Replace filter and fluid
- Flush cooler lines
- Replace radiator/cooler if contaminated
- Reset adaptation values
Differentials:
- Change fluid
- Inspect seals
- Verify gear ratio
5.3 What’s Never Covered
- Labor costs or installation charges
- Towing or transportation
- Rental vehicles or downtime
- Diagnostic fees
- Consequential damages
- Lost time or inconvenience
- Additional repairs needed
- Fluids, filters, or gaskets

7.1 Claim Process
- Notify us immediately when issue discovered
- Do not continue to operate vehicle with damaged part
- Provide detailed description of failure
- Allow inspection if requested
- Provide installation receipts if professionally installed
7.2 Inspection Rights
- We reserve the right to inspect any warranty claim
- Independent inspection may be required for disputes
- Customer must make part available for inspection
- Failure to allow inspection voids warranty
7.3 Dispute Resolution
- Initial review by management
- Mediation if agreement cannot be reached
- Binding arbitration per Master Terms & Conditions
- Each party bears own costs
Section 8: Special Conditions
8.1 Professional Installation
We strongly recommend professional installation for all parts. Warranty coverage may be denied if we determine improper installation caused failure.
8.2 Safety Notice
WARNING: Used auto parts may have unknown history. Customer assumes all risk. Always have safety-critical parts inspected by qualified technicians before use.
8.3 Compatibility Verification
Customer is solely responsible for verifying compatibility. We provide interchange information as courtesy only – it is not guaranteed accurate.
8.4 Parts Grading
- A Grade: Excellent condition, minimal wear
- B Grade: Good condition, normal wear
- C Grade: Fair condition, AS-IS, no warranty
