  • Return Authorization Number (obtained by contacting us)

1.2 Return Process

  1. Contact us within the warranty period to obtain Return Authorization
  2. Receive Return Authorization Number via email
  3. Package item securely in original packaging if available
  4. Include copy of invoice inside package
  5. Ship or deliver to our location within 10 days of authorization
  6. Inspection will occur within 3 business days of receipt
  7. Refund/Exchange processed within 5-7 business days after approval

1.3 Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless we shipped the wrong part
  • Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage
  • Insurance recommended for high-value items
  • Damaged returns will be rejected

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method:

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Inspect immediately upon delivery/pickup
  • Refuse delivery if damaged or incorrect
  • Verify fitment before accepting
  • Once accepted, ALL SALES ARE FINAL

3.2 Mechanical Parts

Standard Warranty: 30 Days (90 days available for additional fee)

Engines EXCLUDE:

  • Electrical components, sensors, wiring
  • Fuel system, injectors, pumps
  • Cooling system components
  • Turbo/superchargers (sold AS-IS)

Transmissions Include:

  • Case and internal gears
  • Valve body (automatics)
  • Clutch assembly (manuals)

Transmissions EXCLUDE:

  • Electronic controls, solenoids
  • External sensors, cables
  • Torque converters (must be verified)
  • Seals, gaskets, filters
  • Cooler lines

Other Mechanical Parts:

  • Differentials: 30-day warranty on gears only
  • Transfer cases: 30-day warranty on internal components
  • AC compressors: No warranty on clutch or electronics

3.3 Electrical & Electronic Parts

Limited 30-Day Warranty

Important Restrictions:

  • Must be tested before installation
  • Non-returnable once installed (connectors show installation)
  • No warranty on programmed components requiring coding

Excluded from Warranty:

  • Water-damaged components

3.4 Tires & Wheels

SOLD AS-IS – NO WARRANTY OR RETURNS

Customer Acknowledges:

  • No safety inspection performed

Section 4: Core Exchange Program

4.1 Core Requirements

  • Return within 7 days of purchase
  • Must be same part number or superseded equivalent
  • Must be complete and rebuildable
  • Must be drained of all fluids
  • No fire, flood, or collision damage

4.2 Core Refund Process

  1. Core received and logged
  2. Inspection within 3 business days
  3. Approved cores credited to original payment method
  4. Rejected cores available for pickup (customer expense)
  5. Unclaimed cores disposed of after 30 days

4.3 Unacceptable Cores

  • Cracked or broken housings
  • Missing internal components
  • Seized or locked units
  • Contaminated with wrong fluids
  • Modified or machined parts

5.1 What Voids All Warranties

Your warranty is immediately void if:

8.4 Parts Grading

  • A Grade: Excellent condition, minimal wear
  • B Grade: Good condition, normal wear
  • C Grade: Fair condition, AS-IS, no warranty
