If a part arrives damaged, we’ll take care of it right away. At 603 Auto Salvage, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind every shipment. If your package is visibly damaged when it arrives, please note the damage with the driver before signing for delivery. If you discover damage after opening the box, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours — so we can start the claims process.
We’ll ask for photos of the packaging and the damaged part to help us determine whether the issue occurred during shipping or before departure. Once confirmed, we’ll immediately arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.
For freight shipments, all orders are insured, and our team will handle the claim with the carrier on your behalf. You won’t be stuck dealing with paperwork — we take care of that for you. For smaller packages, we process the replacement as soon as we receive the necessary documentation.
