Once your order is ready for pickup, we’ll notify you right away. As soon as our team pulls your part from inventory, verifies it, and prepares it for pickup, we send a notification by text, email, or phone call — whichever method you selected when placing your order. That message will confirm that your order is ready, include pickup hours, and list any special instructions for heavy items or freight.
For smaller items like alternators, sensors, or mirrors, most orders are ready within a few hours of payment. For large components such as engines, transmissions, or axles, we may need additional time to prepare and stage them safely for loading. Either way, we’ll update you promptly so you don’t make an unnecessary trip.
If you placed your order online after hours, you’ll receive a pickup notification the next business morning once our warehouse staff has processed it. For same-day orders placed before noon, it’s common for parts to be ready later that afternoon.
We take communication seriously at 603 Auto Salvage. Our goal is to make every pickup smooth, quick, and professional. You’ll never have to wonder whether your part is ready — we’ll contact you directly and confirm everything before you head our way.
