Do you issue refunds to the same payment method?

Yes, we always issue refunds to the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will go back to that same card. If you paid in cash at our office, you’ll receive a cash refund or company check depending on the amount. For online orders paid via digital payment processors, the funds will be returned through that same platform.

This policy ensures security and transparency for both parties. We process refunds as soon as the returned part is received and verified. Most refunds appear on your statement within three to five business days, though bank processing times may vary.

If the original payment method is no longer active, we can issue store credit or a check refund with proper verification. We do not issue refunds to alternate cards or third parties for security reasons.
