This compressor fits 2012-2019 FIAT 500 models with 1.4L engines. It may also fit 500L and 500X models – contact us with your VIN to verify exact compatibility.
Common failure points include clutch bearing wear, internal seal leaks, and electrical issues with the clutch coil. Contaminated refrigerant or lack of lubrication can also cause premature failure.
It’s recommended to replace the receiver/drier and expansion valve when installing a used compressor. The system should also be flushed to remove any contamination.
