Many of our customers choose this option because they know they’ll need other parts in the future. Store credit never expires and can be used for any purchase, whether online or in person.
When you request store credit, we’ll email or print a confirmation showing the total amount and reference number. It will also be saved in our system, so you don’t have to worry about losing a paper copy. You can redeem it anytime by providing your name or order number when placing a new order.
Store credit is also helpful for exchanges — for example, if you return a part that doesn’t fit and decide to order a different one instead, we’ll apply the value immediately toward the new purchase.
