Our process for end-of-life vehicles begins the moment they arrive at our facility. First, we verify ownership and remove the vehicle from the active title system. Then the car is moved to our dismantling area, where fluids are drained, and reusable components are carefully removed. These include parts like engines, transmissions, catalytic converters, and wheels.
After dismantling, the remaining shell is processed for metal recycling. We separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals to ensure each material goes to the correct recycling destination. All non-recyclable items are disposed of according to environmental regulations.
Throughout the process, every step is documented for transparency and compliance. By the time the car is fully processed, more than eighty-five percent of its materials will have been recycled or reused.
Our end-of-life procedure reflects our commitment to sustainability and safety. Every car we process contributes to a cleaner, more efficient recycling system that turns old vehicles into valuable new materials.
