What are your order cutoff times?

Our general order cutoff time for same-day shipping is 12:00 PM Eastern Time on regular business days. Orders placed before noon are usually processed, packaged, and shipped out the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the following business day. This schedule helps us maintain accuracy and ensures that each part is packaged securely before leaving the warehouse.

For freight shipments — such as engines, transmissions, or large body parts — we recommend placing orders earlier in the day whenever possible. Freight carriers often have earlier pickup times, and preparing those shipments takes more time due to palletizing and protective packaging.

If you place an order after hours, on weekends, or during holidays, it will be processed on the next business day. We work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Our shipping department operates during those hours only.

We understand that emergencies happen, and sometimes customers need parts quickly. If you have an urgent request outside normal cutoff times, call us directly — we’ll do everything possible to accommodate it. Our team is flexible and will often stay late to get important orders out the door. We’re here to help you keep your repair jobs moving without unnecessary downtime.
