Do I need to be present during pickup?

While it’s always best if you can be present, it’s not absolutely required. Many customers can’t be there in person, and that’s okay — 603 Auto Salvage can still complete the pickup as long as the necessary paperwork and arrangements are in place.

If you can’t attend, you can leave the title and keys in an agreed-upon location, such as inside the glove box or under a floor mat. We’ll confirm details with you ahead of time and make sure everything is documented properly. Once the vehicle is collected, we’ll send confirmation by text, email, or phone call so you know the job is complete.

If you prefer to be there, our drivers will walk you through every step, verify your ID, and handle the title transfer right on-site. You’ll be paid immediately and receive a pickup receipt for your records.

Whether you’re at work, out of town, or simply unable to meet in person, we can still remove your vehicle safely and legally. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll handle the rest with full professionalism.
