Can I still remove personal items before towing?

Yes, absolutely. Before the tow truck arrives, you should remove all personal belongings from your vehicle. That includes any documents, clothing, tools, electronics, or personal accessories. Once the car is picked up and processed, it moves quickly through our recycling system, so we cannot guarantee that items left inside can be recovered later.

Our drivers will remind you before pickup to double-check the trunk, glove box, under the seats, and any storage compartments. If you find something after the vehicle has already been taken, contact us right away, and we will do our best to locate it if the vehicle has not yet been processed.
