Yes, you can schedule a pickup appointment, and we actually encourage it for large orders or freight items. By scheduling a specific pickup time, we can have your part staged, inspected, and ready to load when you arrive. This minimizes wait time and ensures a smooth, efficient experience.

When you place your order, simply tell us what day and time you’d like to come in. We’ll add your appointment to our schedule and send a confirmation by text or email. Appointments are available Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, and Saturday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

If you’re picking up heavy parts like engines, transmissions, or axles, scheduling ahead lets us allocate a forklift operator and loading area just for you. It’s also helpful for busy repair shops that want to pick up multiple items at once.

We understand that everyone’s schedule is different, and we try to be as accommodating as possible. Even if you walk in without an appointment, we’ll take care of you — but scheduling ahead guarantees faster service.
