Can I arrange my own freight pickup?

Yes, absolutely. If you prefer to use your own freight company or already have a preferred carrier, we’re happy to coordinate with them. Once your part is ready for shipment, we’ll provide the necessary details such as pickup location, dimensions, and weight of the pallet. You can then schedule the pickup directly with your carrier.

We ask that you notify us in advance so our team can prepare the part for pickup and ensure it’s properly packaged for transport. We’ll also need the bill of lading or any other paperwork your carrier requires before they arrive.

Many of our commercial clients — especially body shops and resellers — use their own freight accounts to take advantage of existing business discounts. We fully support that. Whether you’re arranging a same-day pickup or planning for a scheduled shipment, our staff will help make the process smooth and professional.

We’ll load the pallet with a forklift and make sure your carrier driver has everything needed to complete the pickup safely. We make cooperation easy because at the end of the day, our goal is the same as yours — getting your part delivered efficiently and securely.
