What are your business hours for assistance?

Our business hours for both customer support and on-site operations are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and major holidays.

During these hours, our phone lines, chat support, and email responses are all active. Customers can call to check inventory, place orders, or schedule junk car pickups. We also welcome walk-ins at our Plaistow, New Hampshire facility if you’d like to browse inventory or drop off a vehicle in person.

Outside regular hours, you can still submit quotes, online orders, or messages through our website. We review all after-hours submissions first thing in the morning and respond promptly.

Our hours are designed to serve both professional repair shops and individual customers who need early or weekend availability.
