When a vehicle arrives, our technicians remove the battery and store it in a safe containment area designed to prevent leaks or corrosion. These batteries are then sent to licensed recycling facilities where lead, acid, and plastic casings are separated and reused. The lead is refined for new batteries, and the plastic is melted down for manufacturing other products.
Tires are handled separately. We partner with tire recycling companies that process used tires into rubber mulch, playground materials, and asphalt for roads. None of our tires are sent to landfills.
