That’s not a problem at all. Our drivers are trained to handle difficult pickups, whether your car is stuck in a tight driveway, parked off-road, or located in a garage or backyard. When you schedule your pickup, just describe your situation, and we’ll make sure to send the right equipment for the job.

We have flatbeds and wheel-lift trucks capable of handling vehicles in nearly any condition — including those without wheels or that won’t roll. If the car is blocked in or stuck in mud or snow, our drivers can often use winches or special tools to recover it safely.

Safety and property protection are top priorities. Our drivers take care not to damage driveways, lawns, or nearby structures. If there are obstacles or clearance issues, they’ll assess the situation and find a safe solution before beginning the tow.
