Yes, you can return parts directly to our yard β and for local customers, thatβs usually the fastest and easiest option. Just bring the part, your receipt, and any packaging or paperwork back to our front office during regular business hours. One of our team members will inspect it, process the return, and issue your refund, exchange, or store credit on the spot.
Returning parts in person allows you to speak directly with our staff and resolve any questions right away. If the part needs to be inspected for warranty purposes, we can do that immediately instead of waiting for it to arrive by mail.
Our return policy still applies to in-person returns β parts must be in their original condition and within the 30-day return window. Electrical parts are not returnable unless defective upon arrival, as noted in our policy.
