Are there restocking fees?

In most cases, no — 603 Auto Salvage does not charge restocking fees for standard returns within the 30-day window. We believe in keeping things simple and fair. If a part is returned unused, undamaged, and within the approved timeframe, you’ll receive a full refund or exchange without penalty.

Restocking fees only apply in special circumstances, such as when a part is returned late, missing components, or shows signs of installation. In those rare cases, a small fee may be applied to cover reinspection and repackaging costs. We’ll always discuss this with you beforehand so there are no surprises.

For large or custom freight shipments, restocking policies can vary depending on the carrier and the complexity of the item. Again, we handle these situations transparently and on a case-by-case basis.

Our philosophy is simple — we’d rather earn your repeat business than charge unnecessary fees. If you’re honest with us about your situation, we’ll do everything we can to find a fair resolution.
