Our standard return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. During this period, you can return most parts for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided they are in the same condition as when sold and have not been installed or altered. This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.
We believe 30 days gives customers enough time to inspect and verify that a part fits and functions correctly. If you need extra time due to a pending repair or mechanic appointment, let us know — we’re flexible and can sometimes extend the window when circumstances warrant it.
Electrical components and special-order items are exceptions; because they are more sensitive and harder to resell, those are generally not returnable once installed or opened. However, if an electrical part fails under warranty, we’ll still stand behind it with a replacement.
