Do you offer local pickup at the yard?

Yes, we offer full local pickup at our yard in Plaistow, New Hampshire. Many of our customers prefer to pick up their parts in person, especially if they live nearby or want to inspect the part before taking it home. Our pickup process is simple, quick, and customer-friendly.

When you place your order online or by phone, just select or request the “Local Pickup” option. Once the part is ready, we’ll notify you by phone, text, or email. You can then visit our yard during normal business hours — Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, or Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM — to pick it up.

When you arrive, stop by the front office, and one of our team members will assist you. We’ll verify your order, help locate your part, and even assist with loading if needed. Engines, transmissions, or other heavy items can be loaded by forklift or with mechanical assistance for safety.

Local pickup also allows you to save on shipping costs and gives you a chance to see our operation firsthand. Many customers appreciate being able to confirm part condition before completing the transaction.
